What You'll Do

  • Ensure Smileneo's customers are well taken care of throughout their journey
  • Handle all inbound outreach from patients (calls, emails, live chats and tasks)
  • Handle all issues that arise during treatment
  • Effectively communicating with our orthodontists, partner clinics and patients
  • Handle all outbound calls to follow up with patients during onboarding process
  • Implementing feedback into existing processes to constantly optimise customer communication

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent verbal and written structure and communication
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to rectify issues
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Love for tech communication tools

What we would love to see

  • Experience working with dentists and doctors or in a beauty & health environment
  • Fluent in Arabic
